Would you love to get rid of and decrease the amount of cellulite on your thighs? Exercise, drinking plenty of water, keeping fat calories to no more than 30% of your diet, and not eating more calories than you are burning in a day are just a few of the ways you can rid yourself of this yucky stuff!

Another way to help decrease the look of those pockets under your skin is to dry brush your skin each day. Have you ever heard of a dry brush?

It is WELL known that the Skin is the largest organ in the body, and is responsible for one-fourth of the body's detoxification each day. This also makes it one of the most important elimination organs! Toxins can gather beneath the skin's surface from such common influences as improper pH levels in your body soaps and anti-perspirants, exercise with a lack of water intake to flush this out, even synthetic fibers worn next to the skin can also cause irritation or reactions to occur which cause toxins in the body.

When you use a dry brush on your skin, you can aide your lymph system to CLEAN itself of the TOXINS that have collected in the Lymph Glands. You can use a simple technique to improve your surface circulation by dry brushing your skin. This will help keep the pores of your skin open and encourage your body to eliminate the metabolic wastes that have accumulated. This will result in an improved ability to eliminate bacteria and toxins plus it will help your skin to look and feel healthier and more resilient to the build up of these toxins. Dry brushing is a great treatment that you can do yourself and is easy to incorporate into your daily grooming regimine.
