Smells Delish! Can I Eat It?

Save room for dessert (real food, not our scrub!) There are some of our scrubs contain fragrance oils that should not be ingested! Go eat a real oreo cookie! J

Will water ruin my Skin Sorbet?

Although we wouldn't recommend to try and make your own concoction by mixing our formula with water, if water gets into the product you will see how amazing the blend of the Oils, Sugar, Shea Butter, Honey and Vitamin E don't let the water ruin their day! Just pour out and scrub away as before!

I have never used a your Skin Sorbet Sugar Scrub before, how do I use it?

In shower or bath, soap and rinse then apply skin sorbet.  Use your hands and scoop out a generous portion of Soul Scents Skin Sorbet Sugar Scrub and rub in circular motions all over your bod just like you would apply lotion! You will get a gentle exfoliation from the sugar crystals which will melt away as you rub it in and then the rest will rinse away with the water. Your skin will absorb the moisture like a sponge! Then shave over the scrub and you will experience the softest and most moisturized skin you have ever felt.  Pat dry when you get out of the shower, and remember – you get to skip a step! NO need to use lotion!

Do you have salt scrubs?

How sweet it is, not to have the STING that goes along with Salt Scrubs. We are so sweet at Soul Scents, we stick with sugar!

Is it okay to store my Sugar Scrub in the shower?

Yes. But, be aware that there is oil in our product so be careful if there is any oil residue. Our product doesn't separate like other sugar scrubs, so there is less chance of oil residue dripping from jar to your body.

Just be careful!

What is the difference in your Body and Shave Oil vs your Skin Sorbet?

Our Body and Shave Oil can be used in the shower as a shaving cream or as the last thing you do before getting out of the shower as a moisturizer. It has everything our Skin Sorbets have, minus the Sugar and Shea Butter. The Body Oil is a great hot oil hair treatment, bath moisturizer (no more nasty bath salts that make you feel like you are sitting on gravel!).

My Body and Shave Oil is partly or all solid, what is wrong with it?

This is totally normal. Some of our oil solidifies in cooler temperatures and melts in warmer temperatures. The changing texture does confuse people, but once you use it you will see that it just melts into your skin. Don't nuke it in a microwave, but if you want you can run under warm water for a few minutes.

My child ate some of my scrub, will he be OK?

Yes. We have been asked this question a number of times. All kids (and adults!) want to try something that smells so delicious! But you should keep the Skin Sorbet high enough so they can't take nibblers! The Sugar Scrubs are made with natural ingredients (with the exception of the ones which have fragrance oils), so it is not particularly harmful in the small quantity in your scrub. Just keep the lid on it and keep it out of reach of our lil ones!

Shelf life??

One year from opening is a sure bet! We don't use any additives that would be able to extend the shelf life because those additives don't ADD anything good for your skin! We keep our scrubs smelling and feeling so yummy, that we hope they don't last an entire year in your shower! Keep the lid on, and keep at room temperature.

Do we use mineral oil?

NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! Mineral oil is CHEAP, GREASY, CLOGS your pores and is just plain BAD for your skin! It is a by-product of petroleum. YUCK!
