Shipping and handling fees and times for Soul Scents.
1. How and when will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days.) Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders with Priority shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) will be processed the same day if processed by 12pm, pacific time. If any product is backordered, we will contact you. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders to Canada will be shipped priority mail. There will be an additional $5.00 charge for all orders going to Canada. Gift orders going to Canada are excluded from taxes and duties, per Canada. All other Canadian orders are subject to applicable duties and taxes. Orders paid for by check are processed within 48 hours of the check clearing.
2. What are your shipping charges?
Standard Shipping and Handling Charges: (delivery for most orders within 5-7 business days)
- We are onpending on the weight and destination, your charge will be real UPS charges. We ship from our California warehouse.
3. Do you charge sales tax?
We are erred by law to collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipping to California. We do not collect sales tax to orders shipping to other states.
